Maison Meisan is the creative studio of Janey Wong, aka me! I’m going to stop writing in the 3rd person now! From social media management to news articles to amateur food styling & recipe development, I enjoy flexing my creative muscles on different projects. My work is informed by equity, social justice, and my lived experience as an AAPI woman. It has appeared in the Portland Mercury, The Oregonian, Oregon Humanities, Womanly Magazine, and more. I am a reporter at Eater Portland and associate editor at the Pacific Northwest-based events site EverOut.
